Birthing Tub Rental 

Hospital Deliveries: $275

 

We deliver, assemble and begin filling the tub when you need it. We provide a tub liner, slip-resistant floor mats, a debris scoop, and a floating thermometer. We deliver (cheerfully) 24 hours a day.

 

To make reservations:

  1. Fill out the consultation request at the bottom of our home page.

  2. Your consultation request will be reviewed and an invoice for the required, non-refundable, deposit of $75 will be emailed, Or you can fill out the order form at the bottom of the page and pay now. 

  3. Once the deposit is received you will be placed on the calendar for a delivery.

Call for delivery after you have been admitted to the birth center.

 

The remainder of the rental fee ($200) is due at the time of delivery. You can pay this in cash (preferred) or select pay the remainder of the fee (hospital) on our website rental form to pay with your card or apple pay at the time of delivery. 

 
Home Birth Deliveries: $225

We deliver, assemble, and begin filling the tub when you go into very early labor. We provide a tub liner, floating thermometer, debris scoop, any necessary faucet adapters, a drinking water grade fill hose, and a pump for emptying the tub.

To make reservations:

  1. Fill out the consultation request at the bottom of our home page.

  2. Your consultation request will be reviewed and an invoice for the required, non-refundable, deposit of $75 will be emailed. 

  3. Once the deposit is received you will be placed on the calendar for a delivery.

Possible guidelines for when to call for delivery:

While in labor, you can still easily concentrate on other things, but contractions are regular and 5-6 minutes apart. The tub can take over an hour to fill with a tank hot water system, so it may be 2.5 hours after you call before the tub is ready to use.

The remainder of the rental fee ($150) is due at the time of delivery.

Add a travel charge of $40 for locations north of McKinleyville, south of Eureka or east of the 101 corridors, or east of Blue Lake off the 299.
